We now offer hands-on consulting for Life Enrichment Coordinators or Activity Directors, and Reflections Coordinator/Memory Care Director and care teams, . Grounded in the Montessori Method, our training focuses on:
- Engagement Program Evaluation including activities and materials.
- Person-centered activity - time and duration.
- Engagement strategies across dementia stages
- Sensory and cognitive stimulation
- Interactive learning
Available via in-person or Zoom.

Gift of Enrichment offers Person-Centered Dementia Activity Consulting, including 30–60 minute morning and afternoon programs built around activity categories, recommended activities and materials, and stage-appropriate engagement strategies. This structure helps residents feel more confident and successful, while giving your team simple, consistent tools for meaningful daily engagement. Families will appreciate seeing their loved ones involved in activities that match their personal interests.
