These printable are for Early (D1) to Middle-Stage (D2) Dementia. For Late Stage Dementia (D3): Cut one copy of the Photo Puzzle into four large pieces. Use the second copy as the template or overlay for matching the pieces.

The Matching Game consists of three pages: the first page are the images and names, second page are just the names of items - cut out the names, and the 3 page are the images to put the cut out names on.
